Responsibilities

- In close cooperation with the component lead, develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Support in organizing events and outreach activities, as well as conduct in-depth interview and focus group discussions
- Prepare and maintain internal reports and coordinate internal meetings to develop local strategies
- Maintain social media sites to keep interested parties aware of program development and implementation
- Responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks in the project

RequiredQualifications

- University degree social sciences, public administration or at least 3 years proven work experience as an administrative assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, experience in designing and conducting surveys, preparing reports
- Experience and general administrative experience are preferred
- Proven project and/or strategy development and writing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to prepare document packages
