The leading bank in Armenia is seeking for a strategic, analytical, creative and highly motivated individual to lead its Marketing and PR team across different business lines both in terms of holistic brand management and individual brand management, marketing and PR of its individual business lines. En route to IPO, this role has overall accountability and leadership for the Bank's marketing strategy, creation and execution of integrated omni-channel marketing and PR communication both in the Armenian and global financial markets. This role will also assume development and execution of marketing and PR strategies based on research and efficiency measurement data, implementation and monitoring of key metrics to track marketing and PR's contribution to the achievement of business goals and strategies, as well as management of marketing and PR budget required to execute communication strategies and achieve synergies. Responsibilities
-Brand Strategy Development
-Lead the entire cycle of marketing strategy development, including market monitoring and competitive analysis, development and execution of preemptive and responsive actions towards market changes, customer segmentation and behavior analysis based on big data analysis, channel mix strategy and related positioning scenarios for the overall brand and separate business lines
-Develop, oversee and monitor marketing and PR budget and resources to ensure alignment to business objectives, strategies and plans as required
-Develop brand building initiatives that are sustainable and consistent and have a synergetic effect among main business lines
-Be accountable for ROI analysis and measurement practices of all marketing and PR activities
-Client Segmentation, Lead Generation & Client Retention
-Identify potential clients, their needs, develop targeted and segmented client marketing strategies and programs to increase retention, client engagement and activity, build new client base and develop existing clients
-increase revenues and market share
-Drive the strategy, concept development and successful execution of traditional, digital and cross-marketing initiatives to target segments
-Work closely with the business lines to ensure that Marketing Strategy is supportive of and coordinated with key internal stakeholders
-Ensure the appropriate strategic mix of all marketing communications elements and ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency, and implementation of all marketing activities. Actively cooperate with product development team and participate in product development cycle
-Integrated Omni-Channel Marketing
-Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, events/BTLs, CSR, market research management, digital marketing (website management and promotion, SEO, SEM, SMM, Display, content management, and website / mobile design), overall copywriting, etc
-Ensure the appropriate strategic mix of all marketing communications elements and ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency, and proper execution
-Manage implementation of integrated marketing programs from inception to completion
-including the refinement of each campaign objective, planning for channel delivery, development of test criteria, creative concept and its production, and its development measurement
-Ensure continuous assignment and execution of marketing projects/programs/campaigns & functional continuity of web management, SMM, PR and other key functions of the team
-Lead cross-border communication projects (including event management, PR, etc.) with the international financial community
-Expand the range of new tools/mechanisms/channels to reach out target segements more effectively and efficiently
-Leadership and Team Management
-Provide leadership, direction and coaching to direct reports within a multidisciplinary, demanding and rapidly changing environment. Set context and direction, define accountabilities and team effectiveness targets, tasks and assignments and establish boundaries for decision-making and approvals so that employees embody and demonstrate the corporate values endorsed by the Bank
-Coach, motivate, develop and evaluate performance of direct reports and provide guidance and mentoring to those direct reports in the resolution of complex issues, exercise excellent conflict management skills, control team performance quality.

RequiredQualifications
-Master's Degree in relevant disciplines (Marketing, PR, International Business, Business Administration, etc.)
-At least 7 years of experience in an executive position in large and/or global organizations (experience working in publicly listed companies is preferable)
-At least 5 years of experience in financial services (preferably banking) and/or telecommunication
-Possess a proven track record of developing effective Omni-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis Digital Marketing strategies
-Experience with strategic planning, brand management and public relations
-Ability to work on several projects and companies
-Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial, agile marketing skills
-Flexible, fast-paced and out-of-box thinking skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
-Integrity and strong work ethics
-Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
-A positive public speaking presence
-Advanced computer skills
-experience in working with tailored software solutions
-Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
