Responsibilities
- Lead the team, supporting the development and execution of a global e -commerce strategy
- Continuously trade the home page and other site areas to maximize sales
- Lead and manage the on-going merchandising and trading and optimization schedule for the site
- Provide analysis and insight to improve service and offering to customer and drive sales
- Lead insights to optimize conversion and sales
- Manage the relationships with the existing third party providers

- Must have previous experience of heading up an team and a proven track record of successful E

- Trading and stock management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing and CRM
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
