Responsibilities

·        Collect, analyze and review quantitative data and create meaningful reports to drive business insights;

·        Assist in the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation;

·        Assist in building forecast models using key drivers, trend analysis etc.;

·        Understand and interpret the numbers and proactively thinks about the analysis that will help the business units;

·        Continuously improve accuracy by identifying errors as well as aligning to key drivers and identifying variance root causes;

·        Run operating plan models and incorporate guidance received on validated assumptions; assist in the preparation of the results, forecasts, and operating plan presentation / deliverables;

·        Provide analytical support; conduct research as required;

·        Drive ad-hoc analysis projects to help the business units;

·        Create financial models, projections and sensitivities for new businesses.

RequiredQualifications

·    University Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is preferred;

·      2+ years of relevant experience in finance;

·      Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English;

·      Advanced MS Excel and PPT skills; 

·      Perfect Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control practices;

·      Ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving 

·      Knowledge of tax legislation of the Republic of Armenia;

·      Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;

·      Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections;

·      Highly analytical and detail-oriented;

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills;

·      Teamwork ability.
