Responsibilities
- In close cooperation with the component lead, contribute to implementing, coordinating and monitoring of the government-to-citizen relation
- Promoting the efficiency of the government performance using e-government and citizen participation
- Develop a concept document on e-participation/community participation, which includes planning and promote feedback to local governments
- Assist in organizing the Community Innovation Lab Forums
- Support the procurement and installation of the SMS polling instrument and Transparency Portal virtual platform
- Develop and conduct a multi-stakeholder e-governance awareness workshop and training for municipal managers, counselors and community representatives/NGO
- Develop an awareness campaign to increase participation of the broader community on the e-governance tools and mechanisms
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in public administration, governance, environmental economics, and/or at least 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Previous experience with e-governance/e-government reporting project formulation and working with Government institutions
- Experience in project and program implementation
- Knowledge of the government institutions, particularly in water sector, and full understanding of decision making processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
