Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile, SEM and SEO
- Plan, develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Organize promotional events
- Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
- Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (MBA or MA preferred)
- 3 or more years' relevant business experience in a digital marketing (preferable in tourism sector)
- Experience in implementing Digital Marketing strategies in B2B and B2C sales environment strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Proven grasp of all Paid Search mediums including remarketing, display & content, mobile, video
- Experience in working with social network (FB, VK, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
- Experience creating and developing digital marketing best practices
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to effectively manage budgetary spending to maximise ROI of Digital Marketing campaigns and resources
