Responsibilities
- Perform general duties as assigned, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
- Processing orders following customer requirements
- Communicate complaints to members of management
- Communicate to warehouse leads / supervisor any changes to load status required
- Perform other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Previous customer service experience will be a plus
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
