The role of the Collections Agent is to engage and support the Company's customers through a period of financial difficulty and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that are in the best interest of the Bank and its customers. The Collections Agent is responsible for delivering a professional service that helps the Bank's customers solve their problems and, by doing so, creates a favorable opinion of the Organization and an increased willingness to repay their commitments. The incumbent is required to adhere to all regulatory requirements and collections operations policies and procedures to achieve agreed productivity and recovery rate performance target.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for reduction of costs/ increase of profit;
- Work closely with customers who are in financial difficulties, by arranging debt collection, deliver positive, appropriate and sustainable outcomes;
- Deliver a high value, professional and quality service to the Bank's customers;
- Deliver the best solutions/ options to meet customers' needs;
- Deliver positive and professional outcomes for the Bank's customers;
- Provide the customers the confidence that HSBC understands their specific situation and concerns.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Excellent communication skills, both conversational and written;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team;
- Understanding of legal documentation;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
- Empathetic approach with the ability to build rapport and engender trust;
- Positive attitude demonstrating teamwork and cooperation towards the achievement of operational goals;
- Person who is committed and enthusiastic to a changing environment; willingness for continuous personal improvement;
- Ability to work under pressure and with a flexible working schedule;
- Dependable, goal-oriented and motivated team member who takes personal ownership for the continuous improvement of own skills.
