Description
The Logistics Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments. He/ she must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained. The Logistics Coordinator is especially responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

Responsibilities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems;
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office;
- Deal with customer complaints or issues;
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders;
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements;
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs;
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction;
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements;
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.;
- Prepare accurate reports for the upper management.

RequiredQualifications
- Knowledge of MS Office, "back-office" and accounting software;
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner);
- Organized person with an ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- Reliable person with patience and professionalism;
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated;
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
- Knowledge of English, Russian or other language is a plus;
- Mathematical knowledge;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in customer service will be a plus.
