- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, letters, forms etc.
- Provide support in planning and coordination of different programs and activities
- Assist the supervisors in writing concept notes and project ideas in English and Armenian.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Regularly update and maintain the contact lists
- Maintain the Organization's promotion via social media
- Regularly update the website
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide assistance in organizing any fundraising events for the foundation
- Desire to provide support and a good team player
- Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers, fax machines etc.
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and presentation skills
- Social media awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel in particular)
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English
