Responsibilities

• Scientific regression and functional testing (backend);
• Requirements analysis;
• Development of test cases, checklists;
• Drawing up a test plan, test documentation;
• Test coverage analysis;
• Recording Software Defects in the Error Tracking System (JIRA);
• Test Reporting;
• Interaction with Backend and DevOps teams.

RequiredQualifications

• Experience in testing: from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the principles of REST API;
• Experience in testing web services or backend applications with microservice architecture;
• Good test design skills;
• SOAP / Postman, Swagger UI;
• Experience with TestRail or related services;
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies, ability to put them into practice;
• Understanding HTTP, TCP / IP, JSON, XML.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of python or desire to learn it;
• Having experience in automation or a desire to move to automation.
