Responsibilities
- Serve customers in the branch;
- Introduce the Company's products and services;
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve;
- Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, provide information suggesting appropriate service and advice to customers;
- Proceed with the activation of new contracts and their software registration;
- Suggest additional products and services of use to clients;
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
- Accept loan payments;
- Fulfill other duties related to the work.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field;
- Experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer service fields will be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Effective time management skills;
- Able for shift work;
- Able to work on week-ends.
