Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Assist with placement of orders, make reservations
- Provide information on events, tickets and delivery
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Russian, good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of popular tourist destinations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good computer skills
