Responsibilities

- Check and choose the correct shipping method for each country and product
- Check and confirm customer's address
- Combine, split or cancel orders
- Organize and place orders in our system
- Contact supplier to solve order issues and deal with it
- Deal with Customer Service agent to help solving customer's issues
- Make additional tasks involving order management

RequiredQualifications

- Highly proficient in written and spoken English – MUST
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in Shopify platform

- Internet savvy
