Responsibilities
- Participation in the development of a product testing strategy;
- Automation Plan formation;
- Evaluation of labor costs for automation;
- Defining approaches to test automation with a choice of automation tools;
- Creation, support and development of automation framework;
- Creation, support and development of test infrastructure;
- Ability to build and adjust testing automation processes;
- Formation of the QA Automation Team and its development strategy;
- Coordination with QA Manager / PM / CTO on all issues / problems encountered during the testing process;
- Management of the automation team;
- Planning and allocation of test resources;
- Training automation testing staff;
- Conducting Code review of automated tests.
RequiredQualifications
- Good knowledge of testing theory;
- Experience in test automation: at least 3 years;
- Experience in the lead position: at least 1 year;
- Confident knowledge of Python programming language;
- Team Development Experience (Git);
- Experience in the development of test software (test framework, test automation tools)
- Experience in load testing (JMeter);
- Autotest integration with CI / CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Owning DevOps techniques for QA;
- Experience of automated testing of REST API, web-services or Backend-applications with microservice architecture;
- Understanding HTTP, TCP \ IP Protocols;
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL;
- Knowledge and experience of practical use of design patterns;
- Experience in the organization and management of test automation teams;
- Mentoring Experience;
- Understanding the development and testing processes (Agile approaches);
- Knowledge of Russian is a must.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in web, mobile automation;
- Management experience in a distributed team.
