Responsibilities
- To conform to corporate standards set by the company and the Jaguar/Land Rover brand
- To deal with customer requirements over the phone in an efficient and courteous manner, directing calls quickly and efficiently to the relevant departments and personnel
- To provide customers with necessary information about cars and company services
- To meet customers in a courteous manner, be helpful and provide them with necessary information
- Maintain company's customer database
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in linguistics or a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages (oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
