Description
Accontech LLC is looking for a Web Front-end Developer/ Designer with self-sufficient designer skills, who can generate ideas, translate business objectives and consider user needs into contemporary visuals and convert those designs to working front-end code.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful design and implementation of website and other digital assets;
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code;
- Build cross-browser solutions optimized for a wide range of devices;
- Prototype new ideas from marketing strategy and different requirements;
- Create wireframes and mockups to articulate vision to team members and managers;
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency;
- Collaborate with back-end and frontend developers to improve usability;
- Participate in design meetings to speak to the feasibility of design requirements;
- Work with abroad managers; participate in meetings and be highly involved in project discussions.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 4 years of design experience including responsive designs;
- At least 2 years of professional front-end development using modern web development technologies and techniques;
- Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy;
- Understanding of user experience design for the Web, including user interface design principles, industry standard and trends;
- Proficiency with graphical design modern softwares; Sketch, InVision and Photoshop; knowledge of other design softwares will be an advantage;
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with relevant staff for understanding design requirements;
- Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3;
- Proficiency with JavaScript and its frameworks;
- Understanding of cross-browser issues;
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging;
- Be comfortable with iterative and incremental development;
- Be open to receiving feedbacks and constructively discuss them;
- Knowledge of English language to communicate with the team abroad, participate in technical discussions and read/ write technical annotations.
