Responsibilities
- Place announcements on relevant websites;
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process management;
- Conduct counseling for new employee orientations and employee relations;
- Prepare candidates' database and archiving of applicants' CVs;
- Replenish and consistently update employee database;
- Prepare hiring, dismissing, recruiting, vacation and business trips documents in accordance with the RA Labor Code and applicable regulations;
- Manage employee attendance;
- Perform other job-related tasks of the direct supervisor.
RequiredQualifications
- BS/ MS degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- At least 3 years of HR experience;
- In-depth knowledge of RA Labor Law and HR best practices;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Ability to work under time pressure.
