Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain all network systems, applications, security and network configurations;
- Recommend upgrades, maintain current system and implement new network equipment;
- Manage security operations entailing responding to incidents, monitoring, and maintaining systems relating to network security;
- Manage the performance of network hardware and software platforms;
- Handle complex problems, maintaining continuity of normal workflow, standards and regulations, solving new or unfamiliar problems;
- Mentor, support and help direct less experienced network administrators as needed.

RequiredQualifications
- Hands-on experience in LAN/ WAN design and administration;
- Experience in network analysis and design;
- Strong knowledge of advanced IP routing and switching technologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment;
- Understanding of logical network design including: DMZs, WANs, and client connectivity solutions;
- Strong communication skills;
- CCNA and CCNP certifications are a plus.
