Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, redirect calls to relevant employees of Kamar Business Center
- Provide general information about Kamar Business Center services, uniform principles and procedure of leasing as well as fees and rates of services
- Ensure proper greeting, consulting and directing of clients and visitors at the front desk
- Keep the records of incoming and outgoing correspondence related to Kamar Business Center
- Perform other activities related to daily operations of Kamar Business Center administration
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in the relevant position will be considered an advantage
- Communication skills
- Strong representation skills
- Polite manners
- Commitment to work
