Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls, redirect calls to relevant employees of Kamar Business Center
· Provide general information about Kamar Business Center services, uniform principles and procedure of leasing as well as fees and rates of services
· Ensure proper greeting, consulting and directing of clients and visitors at the front desk
· Keep the records of incoming and outgoing correspondence related to Kamar Business Center
Perform other activities related to daily operations of Kamar Business Center administrationRequiredQualifications
· University degree,
· Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage),
· Proficiency in MS Office,
· Experience in the relevant position will be considered an advantage,
· Communication skills
· Strong representation skills
· Polite manners
