Position: Office Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operation of Kamar Business Center by organizing procurement of goods, materials and services required for the business center, managing procurement and lease contracts, controlling and planning administrative and maintenance costs, managing documents, monitoring settlement documents under current agreements and coordinating activities of front desk receptionists and drivers-suppliers.

Responsibilities
-Ensure day-to-day operation of Kamar Business Center through general administrative and logistic functions
-Organize and manage procurement of goods, materials and services (quotations, tenders) for the business center
-Manage procurement and lease contracts, monitor settlement documents under current agreements, oversee settlement documents flow
-Manage logistics, supplies and the warehouse
-Control and plan administrative and maintenance costs
-Manage documents, oversee the delivery of document packages by mail and couriers
-Coordinate activities of front desk receptionists and divers-suppliers
-Perform and control inventory taking, property maintenance, operation, disposal and procurement
-Oversee performance of tasks set by the management
-Organize, coordinate and oversee corporate and representation events; order and disseminate promo materials within the scope of such events, participate in event planning, organize guest invitation and reception
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field
-Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
-Work experience in relevant fields, minimum 3 years of experience in international organizations and/or financial institutions will be considered an advantage
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Knowledge of best practices in procurement and contract management
-High-level performance, discipline and integrity
-Communication skills
-Strong representation skills
-Ability to work under pressure
