Anelik Bank CJSC is seeking for a purposeful, active, flexible and intelligent individual to work in the Legal Division of the Bank.
Responsibilities
- Create all required internal legal documents according to business needs;
- Provide legal opinion for the Bank's internal policy and procedures and ensure that everything is in compliance with CBA and Banking legislation;
- Continuously review Bank's current contracts, agreements and amendments to minimize the legal risks;
- Develop contracts and agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights for the new banking products;
- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas;
- Engage in administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and other day-to-day procedures;
- Search for necessary regulatory legal acts and articles, laws and prepare legal reviews.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Law;
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience;
- Knowledge of the legal framework related to the banking legislation;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office);
- Communication and team work skills;
- Negotiating and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
