Description
Galaxy Concern LLC is looking for a Merchandiser to work in Megasport store.
Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising and floor moves based on seasonal changes, business needs, and trends;
- Create monthly floor sets for roll-outs, update stores with merchandising documents, and style mannequin;
- Ensure compliance with objectives by training the staff in the Megasport way of selling, product knowledge, Company background, and key performance indicators. Use Company's training materials and created account specific materials;
- Use strong business acumen to increase top line sales by merchandising top sellers and writing orders to support stock levels;
- Assess weekly reports in order to fulfill merchandising needs and properly showcase key items;
- Design in store fixtures, oversee store renovations, and plan floor layouts in order to exceed goals and competencies.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising (preferable in the sports field);
- Talent for design, color and style;
- Creative flair and imagination;
- Strong interest in current and future design trends;
- Visual/ spatial awareness and manual dexterity;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English language, including verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to engage and work well with a range of teams.
