Description
Dorado Web LLC is seeking a well-rounded UX/ UI Designer competent in all of facets of the web design process.

Responsibilities
- Connect the dots between business needs, innovation and good design;
- Deliver high-quality design, artwork and layouts within firm guidelines taking projects from concept to deliverable;
- Have a positive attitude and "hands-on" approach;
- Drive user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results, connects emotionally;
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to develop initial strategy addressing product, brand, marketing, content, and overall user experience;
- Be attentive to detail;
- Implement good user-centered design practices;
- Explore current and emerging UX/ UI trends and apply in company products;

RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of web design experience;
- Proficient experience in conducting user research and evaluating user feedback;
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
- Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch skills;
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in responsive design.
