Description
Interfur LLC is looking for a self-motivated, target driven, service oriented, positive and achievement-focused candidate to promote sales of Ashley HomeStore products.

Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service;
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products;
- Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices;
- Arrange delivery and facilitated special requests and orders;
- Follow the target sales performance on a daily basis and undertake appropriate activities if needed;
- Ensure the availability of the stock at the store in accordance with the set guidelines;
- Ensure proper merchandising, correctness of price tags, design of showcases, availability of promotional and other materials needed for visual merchandising;
- Suggest activities to increase the sales based on products sold and customers' feedback.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably in Sales Management;
- Prior sales, retail or customer services experience is a plus;
- Customer service oriented person, with the ability to meet sales goals;
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales;
- Ability to give attention to safety issues;
- Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality;
- Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily;
- Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic person with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time;
- Effective communication skills with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills;
- Ability to learn the art of professional greeting and attracting passive consumers, as well as show passion to follow up calls and sales activities;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English is preferable;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
