Description
Light Style store is looking for a candidate for the position of Merchandiser/ Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies;
- Monitor sales and provide analyses and optimization plans;
- Analyze customer reactions and provide strategies for increasing customer satisfaction;
- Analyze market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product range/ stock;
- Maximize customer interest by displaying products appropriately;
- Monitor, plan and implement markdowns, price changes, clearouts, etc.;
- Remain up to date with best practice of the clothing and apparel industry.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Merchandising or related fields;
- Proven working experience in merchandising;
- Highly creative person;
- Experience in identifying target audience and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making abilities;
- Commercial awareness, business acumen;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
