Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and Email Campaigns to contact potential users and persuade them to sign-up
- Follow-up with users via email or other mediums to complete user registrations
- Engage in meaningful conversations with users, respond to queries and log user feedback
- Research health care organisations and healthcare professionals, and build datasets
- Updating Microsoft Excel datasets or records with new information
- Maintain accurate records
- Monitior and reports KPIss
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Assist, where required, other members of the organisation with ad hoc duties
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, English, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to hold conversations with new and existing users through social media channels
- Passionate about using social media channels to acquire new users
- Motivated and strong attention to detail
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Relentless and ambitious to exceed expectations
- Fast learner
- Eager to share and learn
