Responsibilities

• Operation Day system administration;
• User access management of Operation Day system;
• Support of bank employees for urgent issues arising during work;
• Initial analysis of registered issues, registration of incidents and preparation of technical requirements to resolve the issues
• Participation in integration with other systems and administration of deployed software modules;
• Testing of separate system modules updates, participation in works of introduction of a new release.

RequiredQualifications

• Higher education;
• Minimum of 3 years work experience, with at least 1 year experience in working with LSBank Online Operation Day System;
• Knowledge of computer skills;
• Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to quickly navigate;
• Communication skills;
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
