Description
WebShutter LLC is looking for an SEO/ SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and PPC activities of its websites (www.lumzag.com and www.tooyn.com). The incumbent will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase the Company's websites rankings on all major search networks. He/ she will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the Company's sites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
- Identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic;
- Run PPC campaigns;
- Write powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors;
- Fill websites and other content with effective keywords;
- Manage content writers works to create effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts;
- Analyze and develop SEO techniques and strategy;
- Keep updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines;
- Compile and present SEO guidelines;
- Prepare detailed strategy reports.

RequiredQualifications
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO;
- Excellent ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems;
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices;
- Familiarization with Google Analytics;
- Experience with website optimization tools;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill;
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills;
- Fluent knowledge of English language.
