Responsibilities
-
Establish strong communication and business relationships with clients and partners

Operate as the lead point of contact for customers

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
-
Act as a go-to person for the strategy mapping, business planning, project delivery and advisory procedures with the project managers

Provide clients with weekly/monthly reports
-
Keep contact with HubSpot technical stuff and coordinate all technical configurations

Find collaboration possibilities with other stakeholders and organizations
RequiredQualifications
-
Proven experience in Sales, Customer care or relevant sphere
-
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Solid understanding of Digital Marketing Principles
-
Close to native fluency of spoken and written English
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
-
Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
-
Solid understanding of Business Flywheel model

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
-
Proficiency of working with CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce etc.

The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks and teams at once
