Description
Hosteeva is looking for a smart, creative and responsible Reputation Management Specialist. The incumbent will be required to monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings on different websites. His/ her skills should include the ability to communicate clearly, discuss, present, influence, act quickly in matters of emergency, make decisions and be driven to maintain and keep up with the best reputation of the Company. Direct communication with customers is required, therefore he/ she should be fluent in English language. He/ she should have a "go get" attitude and be able to get the required results in a smart and eloquent manner. The Reputation Management Specialist will have the opportunity to develop strong consultative relationships with customers along the way. He/ she will assume the identity of the customers crafting targeted responses to online reviews posted on travel sites and different social sites. The incumbent will have the opportunity to use own creative skills to construct creative responses to improve the Company's reputation. He/ she will interact directly with customers offering expert-level case management. He/ she will be a part of the team in Yerevan, a team who attends workshops, training events, and social activities together. The ideal candidate is a take charge kind of person and know how to manage own time effectively ensuring the assigned targets and metrics are met at the highest quality standards. He/ she enjoys the lively environment of an open office and yet know how to focus in on the work with an amazing attention to detail. He/ she has an enthusiasm for top-notch customer support and creative writing and know how to bundle that into a career. Last but not least, the ideal candidate is adaptive, change-friendly and flexible. Most working hours will match with the hours when in the USA is a daytime, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Work with the local and global teams;
- Interact with international guests (via email, SMS, phone calls);
- Monitor reviews and ratings on different travel sites;
- Manage and respond to reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia and other platforms;
- Track insights on all the above-mentioned platforms for monthly reporting purposes;
- Prepare reports of progress, and generate new ideas for the Company's growth;
- Follow up with the cases by managers to prevent any negative feedback by the guests.

RequiredQualifications
- Fluency in English language, exceptional writing and communication skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus;
- Hospitality industry experience a plus;
- Proficiency on relevant platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor) is a plus;
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly;
- Ability and experience working in a deadline-driven, production-based, fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with independently managing deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent multitasking skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Enthusiasm to learn and take on increasing responsibilities, work independently and produce results;
- Ability to shift priorities as needed, decide and act without having complete picture;
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to be concise, clear and get desired message across that have the desired effect;
- Self-starter with good time-management skills;
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in high intensity situations with tight deadlines;
- Highly-organized individual able to manage multiple projects within very tight deadlines;
- Flexibility to work during the night hours.
