Responsibilities

• Managing communications team members’ activities and leading the planning, organization, supervision and monitoring processes of internal and external communications;
• Tackling the challenges of developing brand recognition;
• Expanding strategic communications partnerships with public and private sectors;
• Developing and implementing multi-faceted communications, fundraising and advocacy campaigns, including digital advocacy and social media marketing;
• Ensuring COAF recognition, image building and increased visibility through diverse innovative communications initiatives; 
• Working cross-cuttingly and collaboratively with all stakeholders and partners.

 

 

RequiredQualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in senior managerial positions, preferably in international organizations.
• Strong project management, decision-making, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good judgement, excellent communication, interpersonal, as well as presentation and marketing skills.
• Highest proficiency in Armenian and English languages (native is a plus), as well as Russian (both verbal and written).
• Ability to think “Outside the Box” with a high level of flexibility.
• Highest proficiency in ICT is a plus.
• Experience in handling both internal and external communications.
