Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

Key Objective: Execute Sales for Agency via

  • Freelance websites
  • Direct sales channels.
  • Groups/Networks
  • Quora
  • Reddit

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Improve existing sales materials (portfolio, case studies, bidding templates etc.)
  • Improve profiles on freelance and other sites
  • Follow up potential clients
  • Analyze competitor sales strategies
  • Analyse and find good target niches
  • Create and optimize list building tactics for sales
  • Find and work with freelancers to scale the process
  • Write guides for freelancers
  • Test new channels (email, direct mail, phone etc…)
  • Close new leads

 

Self-Development

  • Watch relevant courses that assist in enabling the effectiveness of the role.
  • Test new things learned and if successful add to our current systems.  
  • Identify appropriate training needs.
