Responsibilities

- Planning the work of the department and employees, the distribution of tasks, monitoring their execution and deadlines.

- Evaluation of the performance of the department, the implementation of activities, documents, reporting, contributing to improving the efficiency of work and meeting deadlines.

- Preliminary assessment of labor costs and resources.

- Participation in software development, monitoring the preparation and updating of technical documentation.

- Analysis of tasks and preparation of proposals for their solution, formalization of requirements.

- Proposal and implementation of new interesting solutions and technologies for the development of products and projects of the department and the company as a whole.

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education in IT.

- Experience in developing multi-threaded applications and client-server applications with a distributed architecture.

- Experience in managing a department/projects at least 3 years, with a full cycle of creating products.
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages. 
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work with formal requirements.
