Responsibilities
- Plan and sell transportation services
- Quote fares and make airline, bus and train ticket bookings
- Help travelers by sorting through vast amounts of information to find the best possible option for them, advise appropriate transportation types and costs
- Maintain and develop strong, reliable relationships with key clients, as well as corporate clients and local partners
- Develop and maintain an extensive customer database
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Meet profit and sales targets
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate Degree
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in relevant role
- Advanced knowledge of Amadeus, Gabriel systems (knowledge of other systems will be a big plus)
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office, Internet
- Ability to compare, find best deals of the airline, bus and train tickets, arrange routs
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
- Good team player
