Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the Pub
- Develop and implement pub management strategy
- Ensure that all staff is always correctly and smartly dressed, and look presentable; ensure that every staff member offers professional and courteous service to the guests
- Control freshness of food and ingredients, as well as quality of meals
- Manage and supervise

RequiredQualifications

- Female
- Higher education in linguistics, economics, business administration/management or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a relevant role
- Knowledge in English and Russian languages
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills as well as business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- Willingness to cooperate with others and work in a team
- Confident communication and problem solving skills
- Hard working person with a high sense of responsibility and self-management
