Responsibilities

-Make business development calls (cold calls) 
-Find leads and opportunities, identify clients in need of software solutions our company offers
-Prioritize incoming requests to handle efficiently multiple assignments 
-Negotiate rates/fees with the clients 
-Support clients after placements 
-Maintain relationship with existing clients to be updated with future openings 
-Find, proceed and document IT Staffing request-for-proposals 
-Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives 
-Follow the company workflow

RequiredQualifications

-Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must 
-Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm 
-100% commitment to success 
-Ability to easily get oriented on the internet and make efficient searches, familiarity with SEO is a plus 
-Ability to talk on the phone in an energetic and enthusiastic manner 
-Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally 
-Fearless, self-motivated, and highly inquisitive with strong listening skills and a great attitude 
-Sociable, likable person, must enjoy talking on the phone 
-Good computer skills, ability to learn new software easily 
-Good time management skills
