Responsibilities

-Define products test processes in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems 
-Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA programs and procedures 
-Provide timely updates on tasks and meet internal and client deadlines with high quality deliverable 
-Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results 
-Report QA results, identify and analyze trends, make recommendations for changes to processes, procedures and training 
-Participate in the complete software development life-cycle using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, TDD and XP 
-Create builds for software releases for quality assurance and client user acceptance testing 
-Work with IT support and other functions to resolve issues in releases

RequiredQualifications

-2 years of relevant work experience 
-Knowledge of MS SQL 
-Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
-Good communication skills 
-Good team player, ability to accept criticism 
-Experience of work in a Scrum team 
-Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC 
-Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases 
-Knowledge of C# and Selenium Webdriver is desired 
-Good knowledge of English 
-Competence in statistics 
-Analytical thinking
