Responsibilities
-Provide detailed analysis, and recommend course of action, for specific customer requests
-Proven ability to identify customer needs
-Find potential markets, create leads and build relationship with clients
-Implement sales objectives and goals
-Execute ongoing lead communication, follow-up and nurturing
-Analyze, evaluate and effectively manage sales pipeline
-Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth
-Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results
-Consult clients and prospects on research automation techniques
-Communicate key insights and findings
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
-Follow the company workflow
-Other projects and duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
-Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English
-Experience in multi-level selling, comfortable influencing Top Management and Researchers
-Ability to manage a long and complex sales cycle that includes software sales and support
-Analytic mindset with research and data manipulation skills
-Good time management skills and practical knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies
-Ability to set priorities, quick decision-making
-Excellent business writing and presentation skills
-Problem solving skills
-Critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Initiative and innovative attitude towards the assigned tasks and projects
-Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
-Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
-Good time management skills
