Margasoft is looking for bright individuals to join our innovative company. The person will be responsible to maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customer's needs.

Responsibilities
-Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
-Ordering, stocking, maintaining and distributing office supplies
-Make translations as requested
-Serve Company employees and provide necessary support in their operations
-Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
-Maintaining general office tidiness
-Providing direct administrative support to administration and operation departments
-Make outbound calls to vendors in USA to follow up on orders and shipments
-Communicate with day-shift operations department to synchronize the tasks

RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor degree
-Ability to surf internet to find required information fast
-Quick to learn new things
-Have a positive personality and professional attitude
-Able to adapt to different circumstances quickly
-Trigger changes welcome external changes
-Excellent (fluent) English language skills are a MUST!
-Experience in US or other foreign countries is a huge plus!
-Eager to work in a team and commitment to the Company objectives
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Attention to details and accuracy
-Up-to-date technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Proven ability to effectively manage tasks and projects
-High level of discretion
-Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
-Effective analytical, research and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to work night shift
