Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure continuous and effective operation of technical and engineering systems of Kamar Business Center; attend to breakdowns and failures, involving specialized or emergency services where required
- Supervise and ensure that internal and external lighting, areas and green territories of the building are properly maintained and kept clean at all times
- Supervise and ensure that elevators are operated properly and trouble-free at all times
- Ensure that power generators are properly maintained and regularly checked, loaded and kept in proper working condition at all times
- Supervise fire fighting facilities
- Ensure that minor repair works are done where required (works which can be done without involving specialized workforce)
- Coordinate the work of specialized services responsible for maintenance of engineering systems of the building; supervise provided services; accept completed works
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in engineering
- Excellent command of Armenian and Russian; knowledge of English will be a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience in working in modern business centers will be an advantage.
- Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
- Self-driven personality, energy, ability to work in a complex environment
- Team-player and leadership skills
