Description
The incumbent will participate in the process of effective implementation of the Bank's planning system by conducting necessary analyses and coordinating ongoing processes.

Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the process of the Bank's prospective and annual development programs implementation, prepare work plans, proofread, edit and upgrade relevant documentation;
- Implement the Bank's prospective development and annual programs performance analysis;
- Responsible for the Bank's strategic initiatives and subdivisions work plans' implementation monitoring;
- Implement the Bank's KPI monitoring;
- Carry out continuous analysis of economic, banking and legal indicators of local and international markets and targeted segments development analysis;
- Participate in the Bank's subdivisions and branches' budget elaboration process, based on which plan process organization and coordination;
- Participate in elaboration of methodology, internal legal acts and reporting forms regulating the work of the division.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics or related fields;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in banking is desirable;
- Knowledge of perspectives and dynamics of development of Armenian banking system;
- Knowledge of long- and short-term planning approaches and principles;
- Knowledge of banks' economic and financial analysis methods;
- Knowledge of banking and banking legislation;
- Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting principles;
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Initiativeness and flexibility;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
