Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize meetings and conferences
- Make translations from/ into Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Assist the Director with administrative tasks
- Organize everyday office work
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the role of an Executive Assistant and/ or experience in providing administrative support is preferred
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, integrity and commitment
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
