Responsibilities

- Install the requested software on workstations and fix the software failures
- Maintain the hardware, fix the problems and repair/ change the damaged parts
- Ensure hardware and software installation
- Ensure network setup
- Provide installation of network equipment
- Implement installation process of PCs and peripherals
- Ensure the stable work of PCs and peripherals

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- At least 1 year of work experience in a technical field
- Knowledge of Windows domain controller and Active Directory
- Good knowledge of MS Windows 7/ 8/ 10, Office 2010/ 13 and other applications
- Knowledge of networking, hardware/ software troubleshooting and peripherals support
- Technical learning skills
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within the deadlines
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Ability to effectively manage change
- Adaptability/ flexibility
- Problem solving skills
