Description
La Maison Rouge LLC is looking for a professional Food Store Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the business performance of the food store;
- Analyze and plan store sales levels and profitability;
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/ week, including staff control, food control and sales;
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development;
- Coordinate the operation of the store during scheduled shifts;
- Respond to the customer queries and complaints;
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety;
- Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Management or in a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management with references;
- Computer literacy (MS Office package);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages; knowledge of French language will be considered as an asset.
