Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer requests
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Up-sell/ cross sell products and services
- Handle customer inquiries both by phone and by email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Update customer data base regularly
- Follow-up on customer inquiries
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Professional experience in a related position will be a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Customer focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, prioritizing and problem solving skills
- Computer literacy, ability to learn customer service software applications
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
