Responsibilities

  • Respond to a wide array of support questions from customers via e-mail and livechat
  • Interact with customers to understand requirements and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
  • Effective communication with customers concerning technical, billing & sales inquiries

RequiredQualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation techniques
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency of English
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk systems
