Responsibilities
- Respond to a wide array of support questions from customers via e-mail and livechat
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and maximize customer satisfaction
- Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Effective communication with customers concerning technical, billing & sales inquiries
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to work night shifts
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation techniques
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications:
- Native or bilingual proficiency of English
- Proven customer support experience
- Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk systems
