Description
Bars LLC is seeking a self-motivated and responsible person for a position of Real Estate Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage and expand Company's real estate database for sale and rent;
- Manage and expand Company's client database and implement ongoing works with them;
- Organize targeted actions for effective advertisement of properties (standard and exclusive);
- Do site visits to study properties and present them to Company's clients;
- Take part in the development of Company's marketing strategy.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to deal with customers and work both as a part of a team and independently;
- Creative approach;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is a plus.
