Description
Turning Heads LLC is looking for an Office Manager. The incumbent's responsibilities will include scheduling meetings with salons, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, handling sales campaigns, preparing invoices, working with accounting and providing general administrative support to the Company's employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall Company policy;
- Apply strategic planning regarding sales campaigns and tactics;
- Set employee goals and objectives;
- Develop staff to maximize potential;
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews;
- Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives;
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress;
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize sales;
- Establish and maintain controls;
- Formulate department/ unit policies and practices;
- Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency;
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports;
- Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
RequiredQualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage;
- Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases);
- Ability to accurately handle administrative duties;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
